Incoming Kindergarten Story Hour

CES INCOMING KINDERGARTEN STORY TIME

Colchester Elementary School hosts “Kindergarten Story Time” each spring for 4- and 5-year-old Colchester children who will be entering kindergarten in the upcoming school year. During each session, children will listen to stories read by kindergarten teachers while parents learn more about the kindergarten registration process, curriculum, readiness expectations, school day, school policies, and transportation. A question-and-answer period will also be available at each session.

The children’s program is held in the CES Media Center from 11:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Parents and children are welcome to attend multiple sessions, as the topics shared with parents vary from month to month. No pre-registration is required.

The “Kindergarten Story Time” schedule will be posted each spring with the dates for the upcoming kindergarten class. We look forward to meeting your family and welcoming your child to CES!
