Melissa Deacon's son Cole shared his idea to create a garden at CES. Mrs. Deacon contacted the Colchester Garden Club, and the dream is coming to fruition!
A former CES Cardinal, current CES Cardinal, family and friends have assisted. Stone was delivered and stepping stones will be provided and they are sprucing up other areas, too.
